During my tenure at the National Institute of Urban Management (NIUM), Hyderabad, Telangana, I was part of the core team responsible for research, content development, and stakeholder coordination for high-visibility government communications. Working closely under the guidance of Arvind Kumar, IAS, I supported strategic documentation initiatives that required rigorous data validation, inter-departmental liaison, and synthesis of multi-sector program outcomes across urban development, infrastructure, digital governance, and public service delivery domains.

A key highlight of this engagement was my contribution to the design and compilation of the Telangana BRS Government’s Ten-Year Anniversary Report, developed in coordination with the office of K. T. Rama Rao (former IT and Municipal Administration Minister). I played a central role in structuring the report framework, curating performance narratives, and translating complex policy achievements into accessible, publication-ready content, ensuring that the final document met both administrative standards and public communication objectives.
